◆ Yeah the success story of Shane Warne is itself like legends but on the indian soil he seemed ineffective and helpless fellow and against him and MecGrath -J Gillespie VVS Laxman scripted History . When you have 3 World Class big bowlers alas a batsman piled up 281 is a thinkable point . Yes players who had great cadre Sachin couldn’t score and VVS amassed run as per his will and then you as the bowler frustrated and lost your direction and sharpness yes raise the question on your greatness. Yeah against you there was no Bradman, Viv Richards,Gavaskar or Lara but VVS Laxman though he was a good batsman yes not the greatest like your cadre so you must have made a big plan to make him out . Yeah as per my notice G McGrath was not fitted fully in the 2nd inning though he delivered 43 overs but was not that instinct for which he was known and did in the 1st innings . Yeah indian atmosphere and humidity affect his stamina and class though VVS Laxman always played him watchfully and gave respect to McGrath’s deliveries . But for a spinner humidity isn’t matter that affect your bowling and you were proven an ordinary spinner on the indian soil.So I didn’t want to include any spinner because I prefer Mr C Lloyd’s theory that reigned over the world for 2 decades and ruined the slumbers of many batsmen . But to have S Warne’s great statistics respecting him i select him because except indian batter many have felt troubled against S Warne. But instead him I want to prefer Ian Bishop .
◆ Dale Styne vs Alan Donald
Yeah it’s difficult to evaluate between these two speedsters . Both are considered as the greatest of their generation . And as to have the stats then A Donald’s height appears greater than D Styen . And if we talk about class and terror then there is no match of D Styne with A Donald . Mr A Donald earned nickname as the White Electricity or Lightening Fast and Furious . Yes his body language was terrific that is all required for a fast bowler. Yeah D Styne ‘s SR is greater than A Donald but if observe the stats closely the tail enders’ wickets might be parted in greater number in D Styne’ s wickets’ tally so D Styen leads here but in frontline wickets’ concerned A Donald rests higher or ahead to D Styen. Yeah the stats of both the giants do clear the picture or height . Yeah look–

Compare : Yes in Bowling Average A Donald appears greater having 22.25 to 22.95 of D Styen but D Styen does lead in the Strike Rate yeah he has 42.3 while A Donald ‘s SR is 47. And one striking point is that V Sehwag hit triple ton of 219 in the Chepok in his and M Morkel’s worthy present that didn’t digest me that against tactically erred hit you as per his will and you remained helpless against his explosion. So there is no place of Dale Styen though I respect his bowling height and approach.

Remark : Yeah I have baptized the Elevens’ name on two greatest cricketer batsmen of the era ( From 1990 to 2011) SR Tendulkar and BC Lara while the responsibility of captaincy is given to other whose stats are bigger as the captain particularly R Ponting. Yeah under my scan some great cricketers as the batsman and the bowler whose stats are remained great or emphatic came in my mind and put me in the dilemma that whom I do prefer and whom not . But alas we can put only 11 players in the squad so to have compulsion and own discussion and introspection I couldn’t place these greats in my Elevens . It’s just a fantasy which gives us thrill and put us in the helm of heaven to think this and that . Harbhajan Singh ,S Ganguly like cricketers gave me pain that I couldn’t give place to them in my all time great Elevens . Yeah it is all time great Elevens so to have many causes and stands I have to overlooked them though I have great respect to them for their great game.
◆ D Warner ,V Sehwag ,G Kirsten Saeed Anwar Vs A Cook-Greame Smith :
Yeah in these specialist opening batsmeni preferred A Cook as the 1st opener because in the opposition Squad there is great bowling attack where the opener must be correct technically . Yeah need great temperament and consistency and the class to face bowling in any condition and any surface and any strategic intelligent captain and the bowler . So below in the batting average concerned I preferred A Cook who is technically sound and to have the genius class and quality in batting . So I overlooked V Sehwag whose batting average is bigger than A Cook . Yeah D Warner’s stats are also good but according to me he and V Sehwag were not tested such kind of terrific bowlers .
Yeah as the 2nd opener I gave preference to Graeme Smith of South Africa who is a specialist opener and being the Top class specialist batsman whose stats are excellent and as the opener he could have shown a great class . And as the captain I needed a calm customer in attitude and mannerism that is Rahul Dravid not Greame Smith. Yes in presence of Graeme Smith as the captain V Sehwag shattered his world class bowlers and fielders yeah Dale Styen,M Morkel,M Natini .
◆ Yes in the Sachin Eleven I have given place to M Muralidharan as the specialist spinner but half-heartedly because I believe in the D Jardin’s great theory yeah I mean the fast bowling attack can create difference on any wicket as per its will . Yes the main point that gave panic to me is that the batsman V Sehwag like who is critically not sounded technically or erred not perfect because in the rich presence of Muralidharan V Sehwag scored 293 though at 293 M Muralidharan caught and bowled in the follow through but it was great delay . Such as D Styen like speedster couldn’t send V Sehwag and V Sehwag piled up 319 alas . So I would like to place Shoyab Akhtar or Mich Johnson or Brett Lee or Ryan Harris but very sure S Akhtar instead of Murli. Yeah in presence of S Akhtar Sehwag scored his 1st triple 309 im Multan ,Pakistan but it was the fielders who missed the catching chance on the bowling of S Akhtar yeah not once but twice so indeed he was always effective in the Test Arena and his SR is effective.
