For The Nation Glory It’s All Liable !

● Would Virat Kohali’s Career Be Dragged Like Kapil Dev And Sachin Tendulkar the greats Only For The Record On The Nation’s Interest And Pride ? ●
Kapil Dev was a great cricketer since the beginning. He gave a big acquaintance to nation as the fast bowler and prosperous india’s name in the world of cricket. He took 100 Test wickets ,then 200 ,then 300 in a quick manner . Yeah up to 300 Test wicket he was fit enough ,fragile ,
active ,fast and fury and had at his lethal approach but later the age effect was seen naturally and his stinginess lessened automatically and he became playable for the rivals batsmen who once had fear. But to self spirited mr athlete remained passionate and completed 400 Test wicket but then his form was in the question zone and the selectors were in trouble to have him in the squad but he was in the condition to treasure a big record on the nation’s name . Yeah Richard Hadlee the New Zealand’s great speedster had held the highest Test wickets by tally of 432. And India’s Kapil Dev was able to surpass his great record . Though Kapil was in the descending order at that stage but still had energy and passion to cross 432 wickets’ envious mark. As the fast bowler it was indeed a Herculean task. To be kept fit and fine is always a big challenge for the fast bowler. The BCCI and the national selectors despite all ifs and buts and annoyance of one kind of fans and lobby he was kept alive in the team and after all strive he crossed 432 wickets’ milestone. And he finished his career to have 434 wickets on his worthy name and the record accounted on his name .And it remained untill it was broken by the West Indian great Curtney Salah . And Curtney Walsh ‘s record was surpassed by Australia’s great speedster Glan MecGrath. Thus for the record Kapil Dev’s career was dragged such as the selected dragged Sachin Tendulkar’s name for the record concerned . No doubt Sachin and Kapil were great cricketers but at the sunset time the sun. Light gets dim automatically and such things have happened with the greats once or while. Such things happened with Vivian Richards the great. The time and age hasn’t kept relation to any one. Sachin was flamboyance and unstoppable but at the twilight stage his performance was blinking and faded . Yeah Sachin reached very near in an abundant way . He needed 2 or 3 hundreds to make 100 international hundreds tally to be the first ever Cricketer so the selectors and the national board gave him chance to respect his great cricket career who gave a lot in the splendid way. And ultimately though bit delay he targeted the mark and accredited a glorious history on his name for India .
Yeah through this background I want to point out Virat Kohli who has quit out the T20 captaincy. Viral Kohi fulfilled the place of Sachin the great and played in great grandeur. He named many records on his name but at this stage he feels burden, pressure and tiredness to have busy schedules . So it gives the indication of fade up that Virat is in doubt . He has 70 international centuries on his name at this stage . He is 33 at present and has played 96 Test . And he has given his best . And the question is would he keep his great form ahead . He required 30 more hundreds to be followed Sachin’s feat . There is lone player in the World cricket as Sachin who has 100 international hundreds on his worthy name. If watch Virat’s present Test status then he has played 96 Tests,7765 run,51.58 batting average,27 hundreds , 27 half hundreds ,254 n.o. highest individual score . Thus we see his figures has affected and average is gone low. Though still handsome but once he was above 58 plus batting average in the Test arena. Yeah he has played 254 IDIs ,12169 run, awesome batting average 59.07, 43 centuries and 63 half centuries. Yeah 183 individual highest ODi score. Yes he has played 91 T20 matches, 3216 run ,52.72 batting average, alas no century on his name in the T20 format but 29 half century he has on his name ,94 n.o. is his highest individual T20 score . Yes at the 33 years of age he is as the highest phase but Covid19 has affected his career a bit but still at the best level. He has quit T20 captain and might be as the player of final playing eleven overlooked by the selectors. But he want to focus on Test and ODI and if gets his previous rhythm then before getting 37 he could achieve 100 of 100 international century and put india in the double glory that there are only two cricketers who have tally of 100 international hundreds on their rich name. If Virat gets at least 7 centuries in a year then his tally would be rested 98 and the selectors would allow him one more year to achieve the grand task in the record concerned and the nation’s glory. Let God bless Virat Kohli who entertained a lot and gave great glory to the nation through his rich performance. He is already in the best five Test wizards with Sunil Gavaskar,Sachin Tendulkar,Rahul Dravid ,Virender Sehwag.
