Umpiring ,referring and judging
( The task of hell and heaven )
All games and sports have the observer
Yes to inspect the action having norms of the game
And it is very challenging to decide
For that the appointed person on embers
And needs to have the hawk and vulture’s eyes
And also fragility, intelligence and nerves
This is the work of great challenges
And that’s why to me it is the job of hell and heaven
Your one pure decision makes you hero
And impure decision makes the villain
And the umpire’s decision is final
So whether it is right-wrong must nod
Or alas have to digest anyhow
Your one right decision make someone hero
And ah ill decision make Saturn
Your decision decides present and future
It builds career and spoils too
The history is full with ifs and buts
Yes several indigested decision tease out
Many objectionable decisions mock
And right objections make gentlemen rude
Yes due to strict rules of the game
In this field no one is satisfied
And for the progress of the essential
Yes because of umpire is God
His decision what he has adjudged
Yes right and right and have to accept
For the healthy progress of the game
Yes it is all compulsory and necessary
Because in each case no one is satisfied

We are in the machinical or technological age and the high technical devices are being begun. And the man is so called erred so technically is proven so much helpful to make corrections . Though technology is not 100 % right and what he decided due have its experiments is feeded and on that norms it works and it helps in this and that way. Yes dopping Test , bowling speed machine , narco test are the devices but can’t be said fully perfect because it is made by just man who is the effigy of errors. But something is better than nothing and in critical condition if unanimously something is decided for maximum right then it is good. Technology study is made by the man and the man after scrutiny observation and test concludes and say this and that and leave either or neither nor on the designated person and the designated person on his thinking makes decision . Sometimes he goes with his own decision and sometimes with technology.The technology just suggest either or so we can’t blame the designated man or umpire’s decision. In the game cricket the DRS device is used but for both the teams ah it is limited and by cent percent suspicion and sure you demand it but many time it goes in your favour and sometime not … In this way you have lost three chances and at critical situation you have not DRS in your lap then you have not except repentance. In recent ashes series 2019 the guest didn’t have DRS and had to lost the match. Due to bad umpiring some umpires are expelled from their job due have so much errors. The numbers of DRS should be increased for the betterment of the game. And for all kind of games and sports the technology should be used for transparency and fairness.
