Yes match fixing is a sheer offense and should unavailable and would be considered as the sedition . Why …. Because the game is the sweet fight that is fought without blood sheds and pours out the nectar and juice that spread the brotherhood and harmony that each fan drinks it plentiful and becomes angel. The Match Fixing is a big crime against the humanity and the nation and nations.
And not should but must be considered as the sedition and by investigation swiftly by the system the offender should be life time prison

. It is an unpatriotic deed .
There are many match fixers in the game of Cricket and banned by the ICC . Some ones have banned for lifetime and some ones were for sometimes. Shree Santh was banned for years and lifted the ban by winning the case.
All the games are holier and like the drug it should be in the high vigilance . Game cricket is very famous in the world though it is played by very few nations in the World but it was originated by the British whose sun wouldn’t set before 1950 in the world because there colonial reigned was spread all the parts of the world. The started Cricket and with the time where there colonies were adopted it and nations like West Indies ( indigenous ) South Africa , New Zealand, India , Pakistan , Shree Lanka preferred it highly and this game is so popular in the World.
The fixing in the game of cricket first known when South Africa and India’s team captains trapped in the periphery of bribe and corruption. Both the cricketers found guilty by instance investigation and repelled by the ICC at once . Along with many cricketers found inducted in the scam and all did ban for the life time. Under it the captain Hansi Cronie confessed in the church and got suicide overnight. But the then india captain Azharuddin challenged it and lifted ban by the high court by given him clean cheat. Though ICC and BCCI didn’t lift the ban over him and he isn’t given benefits of the cricket board of india because he accepted the guilt and the solid evidences were against him. Yes a person who is under trial and suffering in the jail stakes out for election and gets the mandate and becomes MP or MLA and then all his or her crimes and accusations are depleted automatically. Why….. Because the system is sold and helps in all angles. Amazing the fixer is the President of Telangana Cricket Association. What teachings the generation will get. What bad affect the players of Telngana get . Would they not think that there President was the fixer and indulged in a sheer crime . Yes that was great cheating with the fans ,nationals and global nationals . So all the records must be ravelled or stripped out like the Army department where in case of found guilty medals ,award ,
post all rooted at once and sends out to imprisonment for life time.
After H Cronie -M Azahar some more fixings were dared by the cricketers. In Pakistan Salim Malik, Mohmmed Amir, Sree Santh from india and some cases occurred at the domestic level and IPL. It is so because the strict action wouldn’t be taken by the system . This kind of player in case of solid proofs would be hanged publicly because they are public figures and play before the public and nation. And they are role models of the generations . Indian Jury at the High Court level lifted the ban over M Azharuddin in lack of prior evidence which was challenge by the guilty Azharuddin. Though he accepted his offence of indulgence in the vicious illegal act. And along with many cricketers wrapped out and due to the certained shade banned out . When the person accepts his offense in an interview and it was cleared there was no pressure on him to reveal the truth. Hansi Cronse’s acceptancd was publicly and all the matter was cleared at that time. And it was universal exposed and acceptance . Cricket was lost the trust at that time and the matches which were played during those cricketers was in suspicion and sheer questions. And for the ICC and BCCI- SACCB were helpless to compelled those dubious cricketers and banned them. Mohammad Azharuddin and Hansi Cronse were the main criminal customer . Though that was civil crime not bloody crime but above to it and not less than the sedition act. These cricketers damaged the image of their nation and the game. The ban over M Asaduddin was imposed in 2000 and he was declared guiltless by a highcourt. The BCCI didn’t challenge it in the Supreme Court raises many questions. Player is also a man and this kind of blunder is liable and it can’t be considered as the crime so the ban is not liable and is lifted . During repellation Azharuddin made the political ground and won the election as the congress party MP from Muradabad,UP where the minors are in the majority. And suddenly he won the suit from the Andhra Pradesh’s high court. At that time in Andhra Pradesh there was the reign of Congress alliance and the CM was the class or school mate of Asaduddin and remained his captain of the college team. So the violation made to the case by diminishing the facts in this and that way and declared clean chit. But M Azharuddin didn’t stake or claim componsession for self-respect . Neither the BCCI challenged the HC verdict to the SC. At that time Jagmohan Dalmia , Shrinivason like Administrators were in the question to have corruption. So it is cleared the political approach affected the case and put in the favour of M Azharuddin in the dimmed mirror.
