Refute Grade and Percentage

****The gradation,merit and percentage***
Yeah the quality is a buzzing. and echoing thing and the people are scaled and measured on this scale. And it’s tragic for the fellows who have not quality and high percentage.
Why people are measured or weighed out by percentage only. This system creats the dissemination among the pupils at the academic level and inferiority and superiority complex get high and it caused jealousy somewhere and proud and tragedy somewhere. Due have the panic many students make suicide. So the system must be revised. The percentage is not the guaranty to be the meritorious because some wrong factors also played in this conspired and corrupted world. So in the era of competition the grade and percentage system must be ended or eradicate. In place of it you just need to make pass and fail. Yes either you are pass or fail.
And each one has to fight the competition and need to prove your quality. And there you need not to fix any discipline. Each candidate would be allowed for any job for any post whether he has such stream or not. I mean to say you need not science or commerce or arts faculty. If you are curious to hold such job you need to qualify such related exam by being graduate at least.
For lower class job Higher Secondary with any discipline.
we have seen many scam due have this point. Our academic examination system is quite faulty. And the minimum passing marks criteria is different for varied examinations. Somewhere 36 percentage and somewhere 33 and somewhere 25 percentage. And somewhere the board and university examinations are conducted and somewhere the semester sistem and also the local test system. And as sessional marks somewhere 20 % marks are awarded. In which 3 test of 10 marks and 10 percentage of discipline and regular attendance. And on the science faculty and those subjects in which the practical examinations are taken are full of corruption and pre setting has been made by the school administration and wholehearted marks are looted or offered by the examiners for such bribe exchange.
So I conclude with the cry that the think thank must have to suggest such point to the ruling government. Our educationists also have to enforce it implementation. It would erase out the corruption system from the most pious job or profession and apart from it the inferiority complex and the depression fobia and the unwanted rivalry that cause dissect among the students and it would be put the innocent parents in the zone.
