**Shelter , A global Cry !
Due to national or local crisis the natives of the certain nation have to flee from escaping danger and helpless to shelter the border neighbor states . Many people from nation Serbia have fled and sought out shelter in the different European nations and border nations .Many nations reject the shelter to refugees for certain reason one of them is national security . Also extra economical bulk and some hidden facts. Recently Rihingya Muslim who are compelled by the orthodox Buddhist government of Myanmar because their connection is found with rogue terror groups.
The Rohingya community is minor there in Myanmar got helpless to flee from the nation where they have been living for the centuries but now the islamic terror groups are so active and playing dreadful and evil role and those terror groups have rooted there and the Rohingya youth is being trapped by those terror group that harmed the nation Myanmar so the government took strict step but due to this many innocent caste people of Rohingya too been drained by the government or the got helpless to flee due to save life. Those innocent people way to India and Bangladesh but both the governments particularly India opposing their shelter neglected the idea to count the national security because the connections of Rohingya are found proven with terror groups. Though India always remained ahead in this kind of benign task but in present the situation is different and no nation wants that with innocent refugees terror prone people intrude out and they would enable in damaging task extracted by the international terror groups.
It’s question why any nation by knowing put itself in the danger zone ?
Though humanity is only the point that oblige you to get pity and give them shelter who are indeed in trouble.
The UNO requested India to give shelter to those refugees due to international treaty or bond being the worthy member of the Supreme Body the UNO.
And due to the human value and international law to protect human rights each refugee has right to seek shelter.
Though it’s against sovereignty of any nation and each nation has its right to take decision in national concern.
It is a global problem. And for it the UNO has to think or meditate seriously. For it I have some worthy ideas which I sharing and if these are attended by the World Power I think this kind of problem would extinct for ever and due have this no nation would have to cause suffer and will preserve each nation’s sovereignty .
Yes Some Points are to follow. :-
1. The UNO has has to occupy a big territory to establish a big city where there will be all facilities with camps and houses also industries that shifted refugees could get work and survive themselves up to the reshuffle .
2.There would be the army from each nation in limited number govern by the UNO
3. To survive those refugees each member of the UNO will give financial aid according to the nation’s financial approach or capacity.
4. Such as the UNO by obligation floor some cities in each nation or the areas which are vacant and the UNO would govern there with the local government. And also all the nation’s embassy offices would be there as the capital city of the nation’s.
5. The UNO would provide them all fundamental facilities up to their happy shifting.
*In this I think in any kind of such crisis the refugees could be shifted at once without any trouble and no nation would get affected with this kind of problem
