{Yeah I inducted only those batsmen who have played minimum 35 Test so these batsmen aren’t included in the rank list –Adam Voges 61.87 , Vinod Kanmle 54.20, David Houghton 43.05,
Murray Goodwin 42.84 }
Yeah i have attained almost all the batsmen from 1990 to 2020 (late 90s up to 2020) who have finished their career. And i have ranked them on the batting average basis. Yeah what is the actual batting average of the batsman is a question if we attend the drop chances or other kinds of missings. Yeah yesterday (date 17 December,2021) under the Ashes Test Series ,2021 in the 2nd Test Marcus Labuchagne made 107 run that gave him the rise up in the batting average. Yeah he has already over 65 batting average and in present rests after Don Bradmsn in the average regards . Yeah though he has played only 22 Test . But in this innings he was dropped twice . So what is his real score in this innings is a critique point. Yes batsman like Brian Lara who score 500 individual score in the FC but there his real score is under 10 because of drop by the wicketkeeper. Yeah such things have happened with the greatest Don Bradman too and all the batsmen because it’s the natural part of the game but one whose innings is chances less that innings considered . So the critics count this things to decide the greatness under ‘The Chanceless Innings’ measure . Yeah i mean many a times the average doesn’t reveal the real mirror. But it is the prominant base to decide the greatness. Yeah we write for Sachin Tendulkar – One Of The Greatest Batsmen but For Donald Bradman is written -The Greatest . Yes Don’s statistics are high and impressive and seems like real legend and on the scale of legend standard only Don Bradman stays pure Legend yeah means unbelievable story or episode or act in the previous era. So the world have produced many great cricketers but for them is written ‘ One of the greatest batsmen’ yeah whether it be George Headley, Graham Pollock, Jack Hobbs,Lane Hutton,Viv Richards ,Sunil Gavaskar, Brain Lara or Sachin Tendulkar. Yeah under my attain i have listed 37 plus batsmen of the modern Test era 1990 -2020. And i have ranked them all to prefer batting average. And you would stun that batsman like Sachin Tendulkar rested at the rank 4th. Yeah Kumar Sangkara, Jack Kallis and Inzamam Ul Haq are ahead in the average from Sachin Tendulkar. But it’s the question- “Are these three batters greater than Sachin Tendulkar”? Yeah it’s the point of great discussion. If see the Test record that is only the chief base to decide greatness then no doubt Sachin Tendulkar is emphatic here than these three batters.

■Yeah the longevity of the career and the number of the matches is a big concerned to decide the greatness so vividly the cadre and height of so called God Of Cricket Sachin is bigger than these three whose average is greater than Sachin . Yeah to compare purely we have to mark Sangkara’s134 Test, Kallis166 and Inzmam’s 120 Tests.Yes Sangkara’s 134 and Sachin’s 134 Test journey and such as of Kallis’166 and Sachin’s 166 and Inzmam’s 120 and Sachin’s 120 Test destination. Yeah up to this play what are the statistics of these greats are needed to scale. It is so because you fought 2 wars ,he fought 4 battles and that waged 6 wars so quantity or number is a big matter. And if the figures are attained of these batsmen then it’s sure Sachin would rest higher than his three contemporary and competitors. Yes longevity affected Sachin’s statistics because the age is a big factor and each goose has its days and heydays ans at the prime time Sachin was at the pick and his figures are emphatic than these three. Yeah after 175 Test his performance diminished or dimmed . Yeah in this average rank two more greats are lagging that are Brian Lara and Ricky Ponting while these two are considered higher than Kumar , Kallis and Inzmam. Yeah except average Lara and Ponting are ample . Yeah the statistics of R Ponting are 168 Test 13378 Run 51.85 Average 41/62 Hundred-Half Hundred 257 Highest Individual Score,
B Lara 131 Test 11953 Run 52.88 Average 34/48 C/HC. 400 Highest Individual Score.
In this way Ponting and Lara’s figures are neck to neck and despite behind in the average these two are considered greater then these three . And when critics , expert, ace cricketers,
commentators ,
fans and cricket fraternity measure then the rank stays as the following–
1.Sachin
2.B Lara
3.R Ponting
4.J Kallis
5.K Sangkara
But the fact is observed then Sachin,, Sangkara have faced greater impressive bowling attack because india and Shri Lanka haven’t giants like Ambrose-Walsh- Bishop-Peterson, Waqar-Akram, Shoyab,McGrath- Gillespie-Brett Lee, Donald- Pollock-Styne-M Morkel -Natini-Philender , Derren Gough-Hermission,Flintoff, Chris Cairns- Shane Bond-Dian Nash. So in real mirror Sachin and Sangkara ranked at number one and two.
