If I say in the language Hindi then-” ah Romanch ne romanch chhin liya (Romanch means thrill and in dense mean joy that is snatched the death of Romanch). The demand came in 2022 on Horse Carriage when a horse Ryder was killed in an accident. And the law was under process for consideration in the forum of the local government.

I am in dilemma to favour whom. One sided the question of oppression of the horses for driving cart. Whole day along they need to work hard according to will of their owners. Ask horses are they willing to draw the cart. And it is sure answer will No. What they need only the grass for grazing yes to fill up stomach. And grass is available freely in the nature. And water, it’s all available in the nature.

WHY DID ROMANCH’S DAD DEMAND FOR HIS DEAD SON

Romanch’s father has lodged FIR and filed a case in judiciary and under it he demanded 1.20 $ dollar.

If the claim is accepted by the honourable jury or verdict case in the favour of bereaved family of Romanch then the death would make the family billionaire though no one want to become rich through this nature and way.

It is the bitter fact that no money or thing or handsome offer couldn’t fulfill the loss. But only and only it is the custom of the world that by money help or offer the blank is filled up and the family consents on it because except it there is no option.

Yes, after Romanch Mahajan’s sad demise due to horse-carriage in the city of New York the voices have become strong to implement the Ryder law with its new baptism – Romanch Law to pay honour and homage to the passed away soul and to console the bereaved family to fill irreparable loss.

If the law is consented by the New York’s local government then it will be enforced out in 2028. Then what about the horse-carriage drivers who would be unemployed due to the implementation of the law. Yes, the local government would be trained them for another job and will employ them.

We have seen Kedar Tragedy, Jabalpur Stampede incident, Tsunami, Kalpana Chawla’s rocket blast, Ahmedabad plane accident and earlier Nepal calamity. Yes, these are the few examples but there are many episodes or examples of these kinds of casualties.
