◆●The 1st Test Match Gone Draw●◆
【India vs England at Trentbridge , England】
India is at the soil of England where it has to play 5 Test Matches’ series. And the 1st Test match of this series that was begun on the 4th of August,2021 ended in a nervous draw. Due to extreme shower the umpires declared it as the Draw.
England captain Joe Root elected to bat first offer winning the toss but the india bowlers bundled out them only on 183 runs. India replied well and made 273 runs and got a valuable lead of 95 runs that put india in the driver seat. But the host England showed grit and came back by reducing worthy lead of 95 with the help of its captain Joe Root’s marvelous innings of 109 runs but other batsmen could not go sound and England set a moderate target of 211 runs in 96 overs. India did start well with the zeal and passion of victory and KL Rahul who made fabulous 84 runs in the 1st innings showed good aggression and cleared his intention that he has come to award win to his team. The attacking Rohit Sharma was cool and played patiently. KL Rahul’s aggression paid the cost but in this short winning target he reduced 26 precious runs . Then joined C Cheteshwar Pujara ,the real specialist Test master and at the start he played in attacking manner and cleared his will. For couple of the months he has been blame for his very slow inning like snail so at this time he did break the illusion of the critics . In 13 balls he made 12 runs. When was the score of india was 52 runs for 1 the rain obstructed and the match was washed due to heavy rain. The indian fans’ s were so excited to watch the action because the win was just 153 runs away and the team have 96 overs and 9 wickets in the hands. This the chance has missed out due to natural calamity and the feat of indian cricket heroes gone futile.
Can we say the rain saved England’s defeat……
Imagination
Kohli sees a dream at the night
Kohli- Oh Lord what have you done…You have snatched ours certain victory over England
God: Oh my son don’t worry because here is DRS system …If you are in doubt take it or use it as per the law
Kohli (in frustration/monotony ) – Yes I want DRS
God– Ok my son
God – Hey Chitrasen let him show the due scene of the match
Chitragupt– Ok my Lord
(The film is processed ….And india was losing the match by 53 runs.
Kohli : Oh…Thanks God to save
Kohli; God please show my score ..
God : Ok let show him
Chitragupt: Ok my Lord
(Film runs : The climate was the worst and airy and swing bowlers ‘ friendly and batting conditions were hostile . So A fine in cutter swinging delivery of Jimmi Anderson rests severely on the pad when he play for defence and loud appeal . The umpire rIses the finger but Virat asks DRS and the TV Referee showed that the field umpire’s decision is right .At that time his score was only 5 after playing 40 balls.
Then the dream of Kohali broken and he awakes in shock but after getting ok he thanks God to save him and his team’s defeat.
