a teacher ” . The experience is a natural cum physical process and it hasn’t any textbook but can be read by each and every person with the passing time . Unseeing life book opens out it itself and the person learns naturally by living worldly or materialistic lifev. The time is the biggest teacher and it teaches each person by giving the experience . Yes experience can be sweet or sour and by tasting it the person sees the real mirror of the world . So the life is a school and the person is a learner whom the time teaches as the divine teacher at each and every step. The experience has never ending classes in two periods day and night . Each day and night is the class for the person and the person is taught by the time . And through out the life the person remains in only a class that is the class of life and livelihood and these classes runs till the life and get ends only at the demise . There is no schedule of examination in it and every day is the test or exam for the person. Sorrow is the failure and joy is the success measured and framed by the man to have its definition and meaning . But sorrows are real jewel that teaches you perfectly and makes you meek and humble while the success makes the person arrogant, bombast and egoist. So can say failures draw the person toward the divinity while the success to the demonism . The experience hasn’t any degree but it is the course of certain passage to life and more than any academic and professional degree . The time award it by increasing but in real sense descending . Experience awards doctorate or PHD by the big and illustrious universities to particular person . So it’s cleared that experience us greater than the academic process where there is no exam and direct degree is bestowed on the person . The experience is a divine course and there is no authentic degree it has . The experience has not a particular stream or faculty like the academic course but it is the mixture of all streams available in the worldly senses. An educated man can’t match with an experienced man. At the age of 25 the experience starts and it is felt but in a testing mode and it is gained and gained and after the age of 50 the experience speaks itself . The man is only a learner up to the age of fifty and can’t say the experienced. But after age of fifty its experience speaks in its behavior,talking ,
working. But the experienced person is a feared person because he /she has passed through those bitter phases and suffered himself and saw the people facing those kind of sufferings so he is always careful ,watchful and not wants to face risk or want to enter in the uncomfortable zone. Experience is a mixture of sorrows and joys. And experienced person is more negative and desperate but in this way he throws out many impediments in his way. Experience is not a gem but a previous diamond and the society respects as well as values him. To be experienced needs to be grown old particularly to gain philosophy of real life’s false and true facts . After the age of 50 the person gets philosophical experience of life because he starts seeing deaths of his parents and the aged relatives , close ones , familiars,
well-wishers and friends . And seeing it , experiencing it he starts breaking and melting. Experience brings out humility ,
humbleness ,
courtesy , brotherhood, mutual understanding,etc. An experienced person goes ethical and spiritual by feeling his past in which he did sins ,guilts , saw life struggles, became selfish,arrogant, etc. So I conclude Experience is the worthiest abstract noun. The experienced person compels us to pay respect ,enforces out to listen naturally and the experienced person is an appealing figure and character . There are many examples that the experienced persons have made a big difference particularly in solving sheer trouble and saluted by the societies,systems and realms . But before penned down I want point out the bitterest fact of Experience that each and every firm,enterprise ,
industry , department alas demand experience if 2 years ,five years ,ten years and experience is must along with degree and diploma but the question how can the person would get or acquire the experience while each sector wants experience so from where the employee seeker or recruit will get the experience when no sector gives him/her the job. For the experience the person needs the work but alas it’s a rubbish system that each department prefers only an experienced employee. So I do plea that this system must be eradicated by the system. Though the experience of life and experience of any work as an employee or worker or as the business or any personal ,private job holder is a different thing and the life experience is the matter that understand the person what is the life .
