There are many local heroes all around us yes in hamlets, villages ,towns ,cities ,states and nations who have achieved something special in different fields and they have got worthy place in the newspapers for their feat. But we know most of the readers do glimpse out the news of their interest and many kinds of news and must readable valuable contents are overlooked by the readers whether he/she a highly educated or not ,not matter. There is a local hero of Udaipur as mr Ismael Ali Durga who has achieved a feat in mankind sense and field and his achievement’s news got place in the worthy most and leading daily of India that is only Times Of India. The news published in the edition of 8th of October,2016.
I too couldn’t read out this worthy news note yes i glimpsed out and avoided because it was not related as per my hobby. But through Social Media i knew the fact and then flashed out a passive and unattended idea in my Saturn or Angel’s mind. TOI is the leading newspaper of India but in the language of English field. India is mostly Hindi Spoken nation and states’ point of view its people prefer to read newspapers in their dialects. There are very less people in India who can read English newspapers authentically but surely like to glimpse out despite that so the charm is ever existed in so called readers. TOI is known for its authenticity and significant news and worthy contents too. In metropolitan cities it is read in huge numbers. I am also a keen lover of it only for its fantastic presentation and frame for more than 20 years. There are many master degree holders and graduates or different kind of diplomas but they couldn’t read out English newspaper authentically. Its indeed a bitter truth and in many houses it is brought or purchased only to show status in this way TOI is the status symbol newspaper that increases the person’s dignity or reputation. One more sour fact that the big and
important post holders people couldn’t speak English and read newspaper in English though they are master of their subjects. SO speaking English isn’t easy and for it the person has to make extra efforts.
Despite this bitter fact the TOI is the essential part of their residence as the status.TOI is the oldest news daily and despite Hindi nation its existence is presented in the ample form and its popularity is so high and envious for the Hindi news dailies and its acquaintance is considered as the lonely national newspaper yes undeclared but like national flower, bird,fruit,animal,flag,song ,anthem,emblem,language etc. Yes yet it is undeclared truth but due have its vast nation wide approach and erstwhile demand its undoubtedly the national newspaper in my sense and evaluation.English spoken is the craze of present generation yes due to its global acquaintance and approach. It is the international language despite all objections. It is only the major communicative medium and the prominent language of the UNO. If we talk about india its bitter fact that duration of 70 yesrs of freedom English is the main authentic administrative and legislature language of Parliament and Hindi is supplement. There is the reason behind it either the slavery or the charm so this language do swings so far in its passionate and fashionable way. Why English is dominated and no government stepped out in this concerned it only because the biggies,elites, leaders,corporates,portfolios and dignitaries don’t want that the common people could understand their inner serpent or the views. It’s just like the conservative Brahmins ,peers and peerless ones were not wanted that so called the divine language Sanskrit couldn’t be understood and common people remained ignorance and couldn’t make rebel and they could be made befooled and remained all tame easily. Educational medium in most of the government academies is Hindi language or regional languages. In the government schools and colleges mostly Hindi medium is available. In the government sectors English is taught only as compulsory subject. Yes in present decade the charm has increased to get education through English medium and that’s why English medium academies are masharoomed all surroundings that attract the common parents but fees are higher and costlier that is not affordable easily.
Here reason to mention all cry that the news which has been published in the English newspapers and magazines often remain untouched that general people or readers couldn’t read many vital news that publish in worthy newspaper like TOI yes due to ignorance or not have authenticity over or of such global language.
Through this description i want to point out a bitter fact that i did know about a local man who acquired a feat in the field of fisheries until the social media ‘s adherence. The fact been known me by a post in the whatsapp or social media that published in TOI and the cutting was sent through the courtesy of TOI that a local man did heroic deed in the field of fish species that the fish called Mahasheer that is so rare and antic and about to its extinct. The man mr Ismael Ali Durga who is a retired government employee as an officer and researcher by devoting to the mission to save this rare fish and after four years’ Hercules efforts he succeeded in his big mission. His accomplishment is applauded by the official press note yes in the most popular and prestigious TOI. Mr I.A.Durga’s daring mission for rare species is indeed so pleaseworthy and the achievement is related to the mankind or public welfare job.
Why his work is laudable because he accepted the challenge and by great devotion he performed his aim .He got success to implant or regenerate the fries or eggs by artificial breeding first in the hatcheries then around Udaipur’s water reservoirs and there this rare species of Mahaseer naturally getting breeding and regenerating in numbers. Mahseer is indigenous or local native species and rare and dare whose existence was in jeopardy but due have great missions first in Himachal Pradesh then in Maharashtra and the then in Rajasthan particularly in Udaipur zone it has been revived. The survival project of Mahaseer was a challenge but mr Durga targeted it spiritedly and warmthly . He marked particular places where Mahaseer breeding is found then he experimented a lot and ultimately prevailed over the challenge. Mr Ismile Ali Durga achieved his goal in October,2016. His achievement got place in Jaipur edition of TIO dated 8 December,2016. Through this kind of captivity and breeding project the species of mahaseer’s extinction would be restrained.
The reviving project will multiply the numbers of Mahaseer.Yes one sided we did have revived this rare and dare breed and say will get multiply but if population exploits in such way and if the non vegetarians’ number would increase then this rare species once again will in danger . How it needs clarification with certain thought of my query and discussion . Let have look –in once thought it seems a benevolent deed yes for mankind but if we go bit deeper than we find it against human moral values if we are really follow certain religion. All religions’ essence is kindness. But by nature the world is the mixture of kindness and brutality. Its other thing that the man wants that Almighty make grace and shower His kindness over or on him but alas he doesn’t want to be the kind to the innocent beast and creatures. If we evaluate Almighty we too find Him compassionate and cruel how and why because He has provided and provides us many beautiful natural resources to consume and also the luck by which we enjoy pleasures of life but He has too provided the ill-luck and appoint oldness as the curse by putting in danger zone as the assurance department used to day where the man faces many symptoms and complications of ill or unwell health both physically and mentally and final the cruel most alk inevitable and uncured ah the death the quite indigestible and unbearable. Almighty has unlimited expansion as universe and has power to control all but on the name of environment balance and to keep importance of life and to understand the value of life by putting death He snatches to have different pretexts. In one sense the man is graceful even butcher when the woe falls on him or traps him so moral values strike and pierce our kind heart that’s why we see many people non-veggie . Such point i am going to interpret through my cosmopolitan logic in the religious circumference.
Mahaseer ,the fish is metaphorically viewed out as the tiger but in my literary mind frame it should be called the dolphin for its sporting and frolicking nature or habit and for its giant shape should be call blue whale of the tanks,lakes and rivers. It’s great to hear or know that government of Himachal Pradesh and Maharashtra started the campaign to survive this rare fish .It’s indeed a great mankind task as mr Rohit Bhatnagar, the chief of wild life Udaipur, Rajasthan by saying that the achievement would attract the visitors of nation and abroad and the locals too. It would provide the job too to the local natives of the zones yes by making fishing as profession. For this great achievement i congratulate mr Ismile Ali Durga the technical advisory or counsellor and the chief conservator of forest mr Rohit Bhatnagar that the guys or the company has justified with the innocent and dumb creature and revived the captivity and multiplied its gene in sufficient quantity in Udaipur zone in its rich reservoirs.

Ethical Cry To Have The Word Survival: :-
There are many species whonare endangered to extinct and herculean efforts are being made by the UNO under its particular agencies. The lion,polar bear ,godavan-the ostrich of state Rajasthan,India are one of them prominently. To survive and revive such fish family is grateful due have human welfare work.
But by being writer,critic and poet i have impacted with both yes the heart and mind. In heart god dwells while devil inhabites in mind so confiscations and conflicts shakes me and so minds positives as well as negatives. Following my own attitude with such altitude some passive views striking in my mind that might be indigestible but its just the view or one aspect else nothing. If you follow this path and i too lead that then nothing daring and wise and utmost no thrilling as great Robert Frost chants in his great poetic piece-
So i do inquire the negativism. Yes by being born in a vegetarian spirited family and also orthodox ritual Brahmin family by mind i am quite neo attitude man but due have the rooted DNA of traditional rigid and extremist religious family my heart is ofen coloured with such motif and thinking. To be the neo stream man due to modern educational spirit and values i am not a narrow guy and keep away with typical typed man so among friends in the balls ,ceremonies and celebrations i used to put my orthodox and so called elite or upper caste according to great Manu’s doctrine as quoted in the Indian Hindu mythology i put that all deck for the period and giving company and to honour my friends and well wishers i enjoy and share gays. One more point i have behind my liberalism in this concerned that their are many Brahmins yes coastal areas and Kashmires are non veggie and it means there is no relation of foodings for Brahmins and only ritual knowledge was the matter and is matter. Literary mean of Brahman is wisdom and knowledge so food veg or non veg isn’t matter and non sense but conservative lobby doesn’t agree to it. Brahmin means the pandit or protagonist of ritual deeds and knowledge who are well versed or can recite Sanskrit the divine voice so fluently and melodiously. Thus eat knowledge is only the theme of being Brahmin not food. Some orthodox Brahmins condemning it blame that it’s just pretend to eat non veggie . But it’s okayed and i point out the universal truth and concept of mortals. If we talk about the man by nature he is kind and that’s why he has sought out the concept of religion and morality. But due have DNAs of the primitive or savage and not familiar with the civilization at prime stage and to have the instance demand of the belly the man had to adopt killing of weak animals thus at primitive age he was carnivores and totally wild but later he discovered device of agriculture and holticulture and known eatable fruit by testing by using intelligence that to make tasting his tames or by watching that the animals do eat such fruits and vegetations and not die. By assuring that these contents are man friendly and not poisonous used them frankly and became herbivores and then by being civilized vegetarian or omnivores but after being high civilized man discovered agriculture device ah his necessities became the sporting or fondness and that’s why despite high neo civilized man he kills innocent creatures and eat joyfully yes the meat of them. Biologically it’s cleared or proven that the man’s body isn’t become meat supported and veg food is best for him . And about it the discussion is on and the world has divided into two parts i.e. the vegetarian and non vegetarian without being worried about the pluses and minuses . But i am talking about the kindness of man ‘s heart many people are leaving to eat meat of innocent fellows and getting the vegetarian. But still maximum people of the world are non vegetarian some of due to demand of climate and some on the name of religion by interpretation spirited by clerics ,clergymen, priest and sages.
Many ones are depended on the sea food and ground food like crabs turtles prawns and fishes such as
tamed creatures like goats ,sheep ,pigs,camels ,cows,buffaloes, deer,hens n cocks ,some birds and rabbits, etc., yes as per the nations’ law.
The note all i have presented due have the word “Survival ” yes of tiger fish -Mahaseer which was at the verge of extinction but “the golden fish-mahaseer” conservation project of Himachal Pradesh government then “mahaseer” and adopted by Rajasthan government particularly in city of lakes-Udaipur and its zone yes by the wildlife department where mr Ismile Ali Durga the chief advisory officer devoted fully with the spirit and after great attempts of four years he attempted the feat of different class and cause. On 8 October ,2016 when he got success in artificial breeding of mahaseer the fish of its craze yeah the word resounded -Euraka Euraka the famous soliloquy of great Isaac Newton. His feat is buzzed all around but limitedly to those who were interested to this field or to those who chew and eat newspapers.
We know many people aren’t cared about nature and neglect such field. I am a big reader of TOI since the years but i too just glipse out a bit that vital news coverage that is pride for Udaipurites and didn’t prefer that prolific significant news which reveal the praise over the local hero as mr Ismile Ali Durga. Though i am sheer lover of reading Times Of India and has hobby to preserve the cuttings of vital editorial notes articles and worthy news but i didn’t peep out in that news note but earlier i known through social media about this benevolent challenging task. Under that news that published in worthy TIO Jaipur edition i got aware that mr Ismile Ali Durga as the chief advisory accredited highly and mr Rohit Bhatnagar focussed the feat profoundly by letting it worthy for visitors due to mahaseer’s game and angling sporty sting and its tasty and nourishing quality as well.The news note echoes the feat of Udaipur ‘s local hero all truly in detail.
My cry is if we let it “Survival ” then it is the selfish prone work of the man by minding or considering the second side of the universal fact.. Yes the man has revived and survived the fish mahaseer but many of them would be preyed materially as the fishing by fishermen. Yes to provide food only to those fondly people of course not needies and helpless primitive fellows who were innocent and absolutely unfamiliar with the natural resources. So the word Survival is liable or prior here is a question. Yes they would not be extinct by artificial breeding in hatcheries and naturally in water resources but ah they would kill by the man ah without their will and thus have to perish reluctantly. Those innocent creature isn’t known the cruel will of the selfish man whose each work is of only have his benefits or avarice. The man has regenerated mahaseer only for his food cause and for sporting and entertaining as well. In the slaughter houses and local butcheries ah we see those innocent fellows are stood ahead for killing or sacrifice without knowing the ill and cruel intention of the butcher. The innocent creature is stood erected for killing by the killer yes by draw out the sharp sword and dagger. The then the dumb creature is quite unaware with the situation that what would be going to happen in short while or in next moments. Thus the tame creatures are killed in slaughter houses and such as the fishes are trapped into the net by alluring by the clever or cunning man. Yes thus the mute fellows survive the cruel and sly fellows whether by unknowingly and unwillingly no matter . But in the high civilized age if the man is indeed the civilized yes he has to abandon the idea of killing these innocence. Yes by being absolute vegetarian . Though without killing those innocent beasts man can’t be survived because the vegetarians eat plants and vegetables are too sensitive and live creature as the great botany wizard JAGDISH Chandra Basu proved through his experiment and the equipment cyscograph is available to know or experience or feel the pain of those dumb and unwalked fellows . But the plants ‘killing and plucking is indirect and unseeming generally because there is no blood stream or blood sheds or stains so direct suffering isn’t felt or seemed but those running creatures’ flowing blood and screaming due to severe panicking . But it’s okayed for the feat of mr Ismile Ali Durga in Udaipur and Rajasthan the people will be grateful and his mankind work to have the general side is pleaseworthy and the task will be ever beneficial mostly for the non veggies and partly too those who like to see acrobatic and dramatic angling game of mahaseer.Thus both onlookers as well as the professionals and meat addicted non veggies will be owed forever. For this benign great task mr Ali should be honoured by the government and agencies. Finally i salute mr Ismail Ali Durga for his feat and praise a lot of his genuine spirited personality.
