It’s Insult Of Mandate In Democracy !
It is blow on the public mandate
( On Karnataka’s assembly fall )
Yes the state Karnataka assembly is dissolved after long confiscation between the ruling party and opposition. The opposition did challenge the ruling party that it has majority of MLAs and the Governor must has dismissed the government and if the government has the majority it has to prove trust vote at the floor of assembly . But the ruling party couldn’ t prove the majority and the ruling party’s rebellion MLAs voted against their party . I do say or ask is it democracy…. No never and it is disgusting and irritating as well….Why ? Because the voters voted in the candidate’s favour because you were the candidature under a certain political party ‘s banner and due to that party which was his favourite party and he voted in your favour because of it but after won you change party and support the anti party and that party stakes the government so in this way you cheated your voters . So it is not a healthy democracy. And for that the government must have made the law that if you win under such a party banner no one can unsupport his/ her party and up to five years you must assist your party . Yes the ruling party’s CM can be changed by untrusted votes. In this way the rebel couldn’t rest and it would make sound the democracy and also the voters voting whom they elected by majority.
The voters by voting elected the MLAs as per their choice and they reached the assembly and elected the CM by given majority… But those who supported once rebelled and supported the anti party or opposition and in this way they unjustified with the voters who gave mandate to them due to have party banner but favouring the opposite party they have not only insulted or disrespected the voters’ will but also unjustified them.
Is it democracy ….If reviews then can say it is the dishonour of democracy in which you have got mandate and become the MLAs. What about the MLAs who have elected as the Independent …. yes if they once supported the certain party can’t change or unsupport the party for five years tenure. In this way the immoral , corruption ,bribe factors would be zero themselves or automatically. And in any condition whether the party has no required majority the largest party only would be the claimer of staking government and the other MLAs or MPs must have to support the government inner or outer . If we prefer sound and healthy democracy then the central government must have to build this rule in the nation’s welfare concern.
In earlier decade in Goa in Nagaland Tripura Meghalaya and earlier in Karnataka what has happened that is questionnaire and this trend enhance the corruption and it is the murder of the voters will who supported you to have ceetained party banner and you by changing party or by rebel betray them.
