Lankan Torpoid L Malina: The Yorker Boss

L. Malinga – The Yorker Maestro
( On the retirement of the Shri Lankan speedster)

The Shri Lankans are in the international cricketing action
Yes since the year 1981 under B Warna pura
But won the 1st Test under Dilip Mendis’ cricketing fiction
And since that few have put their names
Yes in the dazzling screen of international stage
Who is the greatest among them all from the island
Without thinking a moment the name strikes with glad
Yes that is non other than M Muralidharan
But he is a spinner with physical chemistry
And remained in discord to have the action mystery
But here we talk about the fast bowling and bowler
Yes in this arena C Waas and L Malinga the gifted speedsters
And after C Waas, Lasith Malinga formed extraordinary image as the pacer
Yes particularly due to his stingy bowling
And also genuine speed and accurate yorkers
With lightening speed always testing the batters
He is a sole bowler in the international dias
Yes who bowled out four batsmen in a row
He remained the bowler whom the rivals respected
He framed as the fatal and game changer
With the age his charm affected
And his speed and stinginess fadded
But remember it the natural fact
Yes that the body and form damages
But as a bowler he always remained a fear
But the mortality is real villain of the world
Each thing ruins or deprives with the time
or age
And have to say bye bye or farewell one day
And can say L Malinga has declared at the right time
Though as a fast bowler he was at twilight
But by earning an image of fighter
He has left remarkable footprints
The cricket fraternity would remember him ever
Yes as a good high rank pace bowler
Well done bravo yes say the fans have cricket fever.
