[ Only 3 Batsmen have this great job from India who played 100 plus Tests and accomplished the career to keep 50 plus batting average ]

302 Test cricketers have made debut or played for India in the Test since 1932 to till the date and among them only 10 batsmen could have maintained 40 plus ( but under 45 ) batting average. Very few have finished keeping 50 plus and some could have maintained
45 plus but under 50 batting average.

Analysis :
● Since 1932 to 1970 only 3 batsmen could finish their career to keep 45 plus batting average. Yeah among these three Vijay Merchant and Vijay Hajare finished their career to have 47.76 and 47.59 while Rusi Modi finished on fixed 46. Yeah Vijay Merchant and Rusi Modi played just 10 and 11 Test Match and Vijay Hazare played 30 Test only and the 2nd World War affected these gentlemen’s great form and game and couldn’t play greater number of Test matches .
● Year 1971 to 1990 india remained destined with some big batsmen as Sunil Gavaskar, GR Vishvanath, Dilip Vengesarkar, Mohinder Amarnath whose batting average remained 41 plus . If I do mentioned the average in figures then GR Vishvanath rests lowest then comes Dilip Vengsarkar lower then follows Mohinder Amarnath the low and but Sunil Gavaskar rests the highest or utmost with 52.12 . Yu
● From 1990 to 2021 the number of 40 plus remained higher in number than the past . Yes the lowest starts from Shikhar Dhawan .And others whose batting average is 40 plus are Pravin Amre, G Gambhir, N Sindhu , Sourabh Ganguly , A Rahane, Rishabh Pant . And those whose batting average remained 45 plus are
Mohammad Azharuddin, VVS Laxman, Cheteshwar Pujara, V Sehwag . And Vinod Kamble, Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid and Virat Kohli have 50 plus batting average. And among these 4 batsmen the three have finished their career with 50 plus by played 100 plus Tests and Vinod Kamble who played only 21 Tests and kept 50 plus batting average. Ans only Virat Kohli is in the action by maintaining 50 plus batting average.

◆ Yeah it is the average of each batsman of india who have
maintained 40 plus batting average. And those batsmen who have played 50 plus test matches and maintained up to finished their career are very few ones. Yeah this is the spearheaded Sunil Gavaskar who is lone batsman since 1932 to 1990 who finished his career by keeping 51.12 the highest ever during that period. Yeah two stalwarts of indian batting field Vijay Merchant and Vijay Hazare who were highly talented but their career remained very shorter so their career finished at the average of 47 plus. And if would play 50 plus Tests then it was sure their batting average might be higher or plus 50 atleast. Okay after 1990 to 2021 those batsmen who played and kept 50 plus batting average are Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid and Virat Kohli who is in action yet and maintains 50 plus batting average and to see his passion and class it is sure that he would finish his career above 55 at least and it would be proud for nation India . Vinod Kamble the closest school fellow of Sachin played only 21 Test and kept his batting average above 55.
So the point is thinkable that so far in the big span of about 93 years in which 302 cricketers played in which there were many who were specialist batsmen but alas only 4 batsmen have kept 50 plus batting average by 90 plus Tests . Before 1990 doing batting was not easy in comparison to the decades after 1990. But despite of it only Virat Kohali has maintained 50 plus batting average after played 92 Test till date July 2021.
