{ In the game of Cricket there are many examples of debut who got chance due to some reason . They were not in playing eleven and on the bench but some one’s tragedy brought out relish for them and they endorse out that great opportunity and became legend of the game }

Yeah by great and emphatic performance at the domestic level the cricketer is selected in the National team by the selectors. But those cricketers have to await a long to come in the final eleven or playing eleven. They remain the part of the team as the benched player and many a time they do not get chance to play in the final eleven because the playing eleven’s players’ performance remain good and despite injury, illness, private reason, flop form or any cause of unfitness or unavailability for the team . Yes in that case the on bench player gets the chance. It is the luck that he gets the chance abruptly not due to his talent. Because his talent has given him the entry in the final 16 players and his door is opened if any player gets flop or dimmed form . In this regards mr Clive Llyod ‘s example rests at the top.
This fact is revealed by C Llyod when the West Indies team has been chosen with all the new ones because the senior and established cricketers did deny the tour of Australia. And the WI board was helpless to call new but very average players. And to motivate the administrator Mr C Llyod wrote a letter for all the novice by saying you are so lucky to be the part of the West Indies team and it’s a great chance for you to endorse out the opportunity. I too was in the final 16 once in a while and remained a bencher for ling time but the hitmore got injured and I was preferred on his place and I endorsed out that great opportunity and remained success and despite Hytnayer got fit I remained the part of the playing eleven and you later you know the history about me. So need to be get serious ,perfect and endorse out the opportunity.
Yes C Lloyd is considered one of most successful and impressive captain of all the time in the Test and ODIs. And as the administrator his letter is so worthy to inspire the selected and opportunated cricketers of the West Indies . He has put an excellent example of himself that how did he got the chance and made the history. But here mr Lloyd is forgetting that he was already a part of good bench and been selected by the national selectors for the senior national team . To get entry or to get select in final 16 is a great job and Mr Llyod was the part of the mighty team. But here all this 16 are untested , unselected and ordinary cricketers who were trying their quality at the domestic level but not adjudged the superb and extra talented cricketers. They all have selected at the international level only because the senior ones were not available or denied to tour Bangladesh. Despite great motif or motivational letter the West Indian proven very ordinary and lost out two IDIs in a raw and the series too. So inspiration could be strike but for that it is necessary that you have proven that class. Mr Lloyd got selection in the national squad because of his big international class performance at the National level and that’s why he was in the team and been replaced at the slot of biggies due to injury and he could show the big performance because he was selected aftero ran on the embers or tested at tough the level. And so he became a horse of long race. There are many cricketers who do show very emphatic and effective performance at the domestic level but at the international they often get failure. Yes more chances are given to them but they can’t got the rhythm and side lines by the selectors. And when the team has solid bench the players have less chances. So Clive Llyod’s motivating letter to the selected cricketers due to hostile circumstances. Sometimes the leader’s speech changes the things . In this concern Nepoliyan Bonaparte and Jahiruddin Mohammad Baber ‘s speech at the depressed and dire situation energized and inculcate great fighting spirit and that worked and then all came in their favour in the war concerned. Yeah C Lloyd remained a big leader so he tried in philosophical way but it hasn’t worked so far at the written this note. The ODI series has lost . T20 and Test series is yet to come and the result is in the lap of future.
