{ On Sunil Gavaskar’s column in which he points out that there is a bias on cricket players and different norms }
India’s leading and legendary opener Sunil Gavaskar who is great commentator ,writer, columnist,expert of the game cricket and is honoured by the cricket fraternity. But on the prior point of Kohli’s paternity leave Sunny has picked up the point of partiality or bias trend in the BCCI . Sunny says that if Ravichandran Ashwin doesn’t bowl well he has been sidelined by the selectors and Natarajan ,the emerging speedster and the Yorker specialist has been not allowed to present at the birth of his first baby and asked to present in the net as the Net Bowler. He was helpless to present there because he was at the verge of career building but Virat Kohali is allowed paternity leave because he is a big reputed player and also the established player. And has a big fans club so the BCCI couldn’t dare out to negate his plea or demand. Indeed it is bias decision . The Kohali’s fans are revealing the annoyance and the insulting language is being used by some shallow fans for legend Sunil Gavaskar. I have written an article on this issue before the tour start. I favour Sunil Gavaskar but to have my own stand that the patriotism. I asked Mr Kohli -is the baby’s birth above than the Nation.

says — For Virat Kohali cricket is just a career not the life. And personal life is above the career. But know if he was not established cricketer would he dare to ask paternity leave. Then it was sure that only the career would be preferred by him . In all worldly sense the national interest must be rest highest. We are the indian and from the great land of Lord Rama who preferred his nation above then all the worldly senses so Virat Kohali ‘s decision is not patriotic . In this matter he has endorsed out his giant status and stature and his celebrity cum star wife dominated . We know financially he so sound and only at this point the man makes the contract and here Kohli is billionaire so he didn’t make contract with his dazzling career and preferred his wife’s pregnancy. The game which has given him name and fame and international acquaintance so he had to prefer the game not the baby. It is not necessary to present at the time of teeming or labouring because there are many people who couldn’t present at the 1st or what number of their baby birth. Yeah one fan raises his finger by pointing the exclusion by will of Rohit Sharma for baby but at that time Sunny didn’t raise his finger on this because Rohit Sharma id Mumbaikar like Sunny Gavaskar and Sunny pointed out this issue for V Kohali because Kohli is Delhites and so it is bias because for both the players matter is same but one is pointed but other wasn’t pointed out. But the fans of Kohli have to know that the cadre of Rohit Sharma isn’t as high as Virat Kohali if talk about the Test Matches. But we know the importance of Kohli in the Test and particularly against the tougher Australians in Australia. In the home play or series V Kohli’ s absence doesn’t matter but in Australia as the guest we know his absence would affect a lot directly and indirectly.
So mr Sunny Gavaskar who has bigger stature than Virat Kohali if evaluates closely.
Sunny ‘s remark is in the favour of the nation so needs to respect Sunny’s remark . Being sheer patriotic spirited native I condemn V Kohli’s paternity leave and criticizes the fans who are trolling and poking Sunny Gavaskar.
