Yes this is a big disputed rule of the game cricket that the batsman isn’t out if the ball of the bowler only touches or strucks the wickets or any wicket or stump of the three stumps and the headed bails or bail doesn’t fall on the ground . Yes to be out clean bold the bail or bails must be fallen on the land or surface . So it is said clean bold . But there should be the rule of being bold if the bowler’s delivery touches any stump whether the bail or bails do fall on the surface or not . Yes the rule of clean bold was decided (yeah with the struck of the stumps the bails must be landed on the ground ) because sometimes the bails get fallen due to blow of natural wind or the gust of the ball’s blow or velocity . Sometimes the ball passes very close to the stump and its fierce wind blow the bail slips and falls on the ground so there is dispute and many cunning wicketkeeper appeal so fiercely when the bail falls due to blow of the wind and might be the wicketkeeper who stands close to the stumps can drop or affect the bails by his mouth blown.Then it is difficult to judge what happened actually. So to avoid this kinds of matters the ICC has appointed the strict rule that the batsman will be out clean bowled when with the stump struck or touch the bails must be fallen on the surface . But cricket is the game of royal ones and the gentlemen so honesty is its best policy and hope all cricketers must be pure in their behaviour. And there are two onfield umpires who are professional and paid so it’s sure that they are must or closely watchful with each action. And in present there is a third umpire too. So the case like Ben Stroke must be attended by the ICC and must be revised the disputed rule. Yes if the bowler’s delivery is touched or struck to the stump or stump then the batsman must be declared out at once . If the bail or bails fall on the ground due to the ball’s speed ‘s gust or the gust or wind’s velocity then the umpires must talk each other and deny the bogus or false ,cunning appeal but the ball strucks or touches clearly then the batsman himself must be leave the ground tending out without waiting the decision of the umpire and if he awaits the decision what is right then the umpire must raise his finger.It is ridiculous that the ball clearly touches the stump but batsman isn’t declared out because the bails didn’t fall on the ground . Yeah today England’s batsman Ben Stroke laughed and mocked when a delivery touched or collided the stumps but remained not out due to disputed testament. Indian batting great Sachin Tendulkar trolled this incident on the worthy Twitter and mocked the rule. Yeah the ICC think tank must take this happening so seriously and must revise the rule yeah as bowled instead of clean bowled because the bails didn’t fall.
