Captaincy A big Challenge

Captaining the team A Toughest Task in Cricket !
captain does matter in cricket
There are many team games
And each team has the captain
Yes football, hockey, basket ball, baseball, volleyball ,etc
But except cricket all captains frame formal
But in cricket the captain’s roll is giant
Yes he make strategic plan
For his mates to have conditions
What poor he is in his personal performance
No matter why see Mike Breiyarly of England
Yes was an average batsman cricketer
But was a mindful motivational leader
He wouldn’t lead with the front
Yes by his big performance but
Yes he by his philosophal, psychological approach
Wow occurred out the bestest by his players
Some great captains the world cricket has seen
yes Don Bradman, Bill Woodhull, C Crowdey , C Lloyd, F Warrell , Viv Richards ,A Border, S Wagh, R Ponting , Imran Khan, Lala Amaranath, Arjun Rantings, Kapil Dev, MS Dhoni, etc
They all have gained unique achievements as the captain on their names .
Cricket is a long format game
And the captain has sufficient time to think
and implementation the tips and spirit which he meditates .
In Football yes in 1987 D Maradona is unique
Who led with the fire dire front
Yes by his individual feat and with team combo
Yes won the prestigious Fifa World Cup.
Though captains of all games’ have importance
But comparatively yes cricket team’s skipper
Yes rests utmost or supreme. In India’s concern MS Dhoni is the best captain. Yes for his captain cool image. Under his supreme leadership india cricket got sky heights. Yes became the champ in all the three formats of the game. In TWO and ODI world champion and rested at number one rank in the test slate. In my opinion M Breiyarly is the best one because he occurred our or extracted out some extraordinary performances from his team mates. Second rests C Lloyad who used his giants potential at their best. But is is Imran Khan who captained well and ar twilight of his cricket career made his nation the world cup champ in 1982.
