Yeah the digital money can be possible when each person will own a Android or smart phone but suppose a child want to buy a one rupee toffee or chocolate then he would need a smart phone to pay and it could be difficult for a child because in that case he would require a bank account. But for the adult it is possible but for it all literate people would require who can function out it properly .
