Yes it’s a sensitive topic to use ink through the pens .In general four kind of ink pens are used by the people of different kinds for different purposes. Once in a bank I used Red Pen to fill up the pay slip. The cashier objected to see it and denied to accept the pay slip. Actually at that day didn’t have the blue or black pen and helplessly i filled that slip with the Red Ink pen. There was busy crowd and queue . I often don’t like to borrow pen or anything because of filling guilty ,disgraceful and insulted . So idea stroke in my mind that what is wrong if i feel the formal slip in the Red Ink that i had . And presented it to the cashier. Yes though i remained the student of commerce in my schooling days and was well aware for any special entry like total the student suggests to mark with the Red Ink Pen to specify . And in the school the students suggested as well as forced out to use only blue pen while there are no rule for it but to maintain common similarity the discipline is maitaihed .And one another reason behind it is that for the work checking in the copy the teacher uses the Red Pen though there is no rule for it but to reveal different and particularize the trend is follower and preferred by the teacher . Yes when the work in copy is check then the teacher has to mark some mistakes by circling and write the errors with the Red Ink Pen to under stand easily that the ne teacher has made correction and needs to attend it seriously . Yes what happens next at the cash counter . Yes when the cashier denied to accept the slip frlled up in the Red Ink Pen i went legally and argued that there is no certain legal rule to fill the slip only in blue or black. And if then your authority must have had to point out or mentioned out in the slip . And so you need to accept it and i will not not fill another slip any how. And if you not accept then give me in written that i do not accept the slip because it is filled up in the Red Ink Pen that ‘s it. Feeling the matter seriously the cashier accept the slip.
Yes throygh the happening what i say ? Yes there is no rule or protocol in this sense that the person must have to use particular inked pen. Yes in general for demarking 😉

The theme given me tide when a person put his stands on the use of the green ink pen and in general what he saw revealed but I went in deep to find out the reality .Yes that person said that only the Guzetted Officer can use the Green Ink Pen for signing to attest the testimonial or document but we know it is only for the show of specification or differentiation. And we know with the seal the authentic seal is all important. So it’s clear that their is no legislative norm or rule to use the certain ink pen. The aim of using the green ink pen by the office supremo or boss or head . And in general any chief or head of the office can use the Green Inked Pen only to give importance and present difference that the person is responsible authority of the office and being the prime personality he/she is authentic to sign with green ink pen as well as to give remark to the important note or statement. So I conclude my discourse to put my strong evidence to say that the game isn’t the national game of India according to the Indian constitution but in general it is considered as the national game of India only to have common popularity since the Colonel Dhyanchand who mesmerized with his meeaclous game. Such as the Red, Green, Blue and Black Pen using tradition isn’t strong and has any legal law. And any person can use it as per his will but to use this trend by the maximum people as to follow sheepish way no one object and rebel as I rose and staked in the bank .
